Start Here: What’s Required
To maintain your membership, the following items are required by the National Association of REALTORS® and must be completed within 90 days of joining.
New Member Orientation
Learn about your SABOR benefits, resources and opportunities to get connected. Available in person (quarterly) or online.

Support REALTOR® Advocacy
TREPAC (Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee) supports issues and initiatives that protect private property rights and advance the real estate profession. Through advocacy efforts at the state level, TREPAC helps ensure REALTORS® have a strong voice on issues that impact the industry.
Participation in TREPAC is voluntary and provides an opportunity for members to support REALTOR® advocacy beyond their membership.
